Bookings & Fees

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING/THERAPY

Consultations are held in a quiet Glasgow city centre location, online by Zoom or WhatsApp or by phone. Walk & Talk sessions take place in Alexandra Park, Dennistoun.

All sessions are held once a week and last for 50 minutes. Both short-term and open-ended work is considered and regularly reviewed.

I will get back to you as soon as I can, to arrange a time to speak with you on the phone to set up your first appointment. If you do not receive a response from me within 24 hrs, please re-send your text/email.

FEES & PAYMENT

Standard £65; Concession £45 (two places); Six sessions prepaid 10% discount (two places)

Two FREE places (up to 6 sessions) are offered for individuals from the Asylum Seeker community. Please message me on Whats App for a referral form.

Payment for sessions is due prior to each appointment, payable by BACS/online banking. EAP services are invoiced on a monthly basis.

FIRST APPOINTMENT

Our initial meeting covers the first part of your Assessment. It provides us with the opportunity to explore whether counselling is right for you, for you to get an idea of how I work and for us to decide together how best to proceed.

We can arrange to meet face to face at my consulting room, by video call or by phone. There is no obligation for you to book any subsequent appointment(s) unless you wish to do so, the decision is entirely yours.

Should you choose to continue, your Assessment will usually be completed during our second appointment. At this point, we have the opportunity to contract for 6 therapy sessions and review, on a rolling basis, depending on your requirements.

Walk & Talk first appointments take place by Zoom or WhatsApp for Assessment and thereafter at our agreed outdoor location.

PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID

Group sessions are held face to face at a suitable location arranged by the organisation. Individual sessions are held at my consulting room, link as above.

Up to 4 sessions can be provided.

Fees: Individual £75 per hour, Groups £150 per hour

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Clinical supervision is available for qualified Psychodynamic or Integrative therapists by Zoom.

Fees: Individual £65 per hour, £95 per 1.5hrs. Payment is due prior to each appointment, payable by BACS/online banking.

SUPPORTIVE SUPERVISION

Supportive supervision is available for frontline workers in crisis agencies. Managers are welcome to contact me directly to discuss further.

Fees: Individual £65 per hour, Group £150 per hour (max 8 participants)

REFLECTIVE PRACTICE SPACE

Available for clinical therapists working in prisons and/or for teachers & agency workers providing supportive services for prisoners.

Fees: Individual £65 per hour, Group (organisation) £150 per hour, Group (mixed individuals) £45 per hour. Managers are welcome to contact me directly to discuss further.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or postpone any appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is requested or the session will become payable.
